Assistant Manager Operations

The ideal candidate should:
Supervise workers for order fulfillment
Recruitment and induction of workers
Informing the management about the customer queries and market insights
Analyzing trends and seasonal usage of the services
Handling customer issues and queries on the field
Coordinate with the workers and delegate jobs on daily basis
Supervising the team of workers and handling their queries
Visit the field when required
On sight customer dealing
Prepare estimates for orders received
Provide the management any insight or observation about the customers or any serious concerns.
Other Operational work as per need

This is a Full time position with the following pre-requisites:
1. Strong hands of Microsoft Office Mainly Microsoft Excel
2. Sound technical skills
3. Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Urdu
4. Tough negotiator
5. Stress tolerance, problem analyzing and strong listening skills.
6. Strong customer management skills
