Job Description

The Front Desk Officer at ImmiEstate Group of Companies is a critical role responsible for providing exceptional customer service at our front desk.

You will serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, greeting them warmly and directing them to the appropriate departments.

As a Front Desk Officer, you will also handle incoming calls, transfer them to the relevant individuals, and ensure that all inquiries are addressed promptly and professionally.

Additionally, you will assist with general administrative tasks, including managing incoming and outgoing mail, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office supplies.

The ideal candidate for this role is a friendly and approachable individual with excellent organizational and communication skills, capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
