Job Description
- Managing the effective system of banking.
- Proper control over stocks & receivables.
- Finalization of inter-co reconciliation statements on or before of 7th of the following month.
- Ensure the timely preparation of bank reconciliation statements.
- Preparation of monthly accounts on or before of 10th of the following month.
- Finalization of slow moving/ dead/ obsolete and damage stock inventory on monthly/quarterly basis.
- Monitoring the accounts receivables beyond their credit limits and ensure timely recovery therefore.
- Implementation of SAP.
- Product wise cost analysis.
- To ensure the timely and correctly reconciling of the accounting transactions.
- Any other assignment time to time assigned by the management of the company.
