Act as signing authority of Purchase Requisition.
Assure smooth operation of utility equipment.
Helping the new inducted employee to train him according to their regular practices
Enhancement in production quality Cost cutting efficiently
Shift Scheduling.
Participate in interview panel for new hiring
Technical orientation of new hired employees.
Training needs identification of employee within the department.
