Job Description
- To follow up efficiently and effectively with stores to settle the bill payment/ solve their issues (if any) and also to satisfy the queries of stores in a courteous way.
- To use word processing/database/spreadsheet software to provide documents as required and provide management information including reports.
- To generate weekly and monthly reports in effective manner to provide an accurate summary of the week and month respectively.
- Financial analysis of different transactions
Requirements & Skills
- Advance Excel expertise on formulas
- Strong follow up skills
- Customer orientation/Communication skills
- Knowledge of finance/accounts is desired
- Presentable personality and attire
