Job Context
We are seeking an experienced Sales employee who can responsible for generating new and existing leads, contacting potential clients, promoting fintech business & services with maintaining customer relationships. Also who can reaching out to potential leads through a variety of channels and must have Cold & Warm Sales experiences.
Job Responsibilities
- Attract a lot of new partners in the organization
- Conduct negotiations & agree on individual cooperation terms.
- Identify potential affiliate partners.
- Recruit new affiliate partners.
- Onboard new affiliate partners.
- Monitor affiliate partner activity.
- Provide support to affiliate partners.
- Find & attract a lot of new partners in the organization using various means, including social media, messengers, websites, etc.
Skills Required: CRM, Fintech Business Sales, Negotiation and Convincing Skill, Strong communication and presentation skills
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
3 to 7 year(s)
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):Affiliate Marketing, client sourcing and onboarding, cold and warm sales, Corporate Sales (B2B Business), Real Estate Sector and Telemarketing
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):IT Enabled Service
Requirements & Skills
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Must have at least 3 years experiences. ( Please no fresher apply this post )
- Over experience 8+ years should not apply.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, Live interaction and project management skills.
- Activate partners & improve cooperation with existing ones.
- Network building, Research & business development.
- Highly analytical and data-driven.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics.
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills, lead generation, Online Trading Marketing, Partner management & sourcing from any Digital Platform.
- Language : Must know advance English language (writing prefer & good conversational)
- Must be proactive and problem solver and can work under pressure.
