- Engage with customers or users through chat platforms
- Address customer inquiries and provide assistance
- Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain a friendly and helpful tone throughout conversations
- Gather relevant information from customers
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level support when necessary
- Document interactions for future reference
- Follow company guidelines and policies
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills
-Must have previous experience with UK and Us client.
Requirements & Skills
We need chat agents who have following capabilities:
Fluent in English
Tech Savvy
work under pressure
Deal with UK and Us Clients
can deal on chat as well on call
Must has good maths
Experience:
At least one year as a chat agent
Timing:
Evening shift: 7 to 4 am (rotation is also expected in future)
