Store Manager

Ensures satisfactory customer service through timely and effective installations.
- Implement policies, goals, objectives and procedures for Sales operations.
- Control and monitor all operational activities of sites and projects.
- Upgrading and developing sites procedures and team through learning and development.
- Responsible for verifying daily site schedule.
- Monitor customer complaints and ensure effective resolution while liaison with concerned stake holders.
- Troubleshooting of Sites related issues and developing contingency plans accordingly.
- Effectively manage Sales Operations expenses.
- Responsible for order management i.e. ensuring timely availability of stock at warehouse while coordinating with head office.
- Responsible for warehouse management for effective and timely deliveries and stocks.
- Responsible for the maintenance and security of Showroom, Store and Warehouse.
- Supervise general administration, the housekeeping team, local purchases and store.
- Responsible for processing the bill payment of contractors/vendors.
- Responsible for training contractors and supervisors.
