Role Description

This is a full-time role for an HR Specialist at Absolute Mutual, LLC, located in Islamabad. The HR Specialist will be responsible for managing HR policies, employee benefits, personnel management, and other HR-related matters.

Qualifications

Experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management

Knowledge of HR policies and best practices

Experience in employee benefits management and personnel management

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently

Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with sensitive information

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Experience with HR software is a plus
