We are looking for a Receptionist (For Karachi’s Best Environmental Lab Office). We are looking for a candidate to be an active part of our team responsible for the following:
Responsibilities
Handle candidates and guests at the reception.
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Schedule appointments and meetings for staff members
Maintain an accurate and up-to-date directory of staff members.
Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
Command on MS Office.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as office coordinator or in a similar role
- Experience in customer service will be a plus
- Knowledge of basic bookkeeping principles and office management systems and procedures
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office, “back-office” and accounting software
- Working knowledge of office equipment (e.g. optical scanner)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Reliable with patience and professionalism
