Job Description
Are you passionate about ensuring the highest level of quality in products and services? We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Quality Assurance professional to join our team. As a Quality Assurance specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving our service standards, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the sales process.
- Review chats on different mediums to ensure quality.
- Monitoring calls on the dialer.
- Keep track of customer reviews, comments, and agent’s order mail.
- Identify, record, document, and track bugs or defects.
- Generate reports about the quality of communication to report to the management.

Requirements & Skills
- Prior experience as a Quality Assurance professional or similar role.
- Demonstrated knowledge of software testing methodologies and tools.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred but not required.
