JOB TITLE: Junior Artwork Quality Assurance

REPORTING TO: Line Manager – Mr. Zulqarnain Haider

Job Description:

• Must know printing process, design layouts, Catalogue designing, Banners Designing, Products Imaging, the output of design and can handle printing jobs.
• Knowledge of electronic media graphics and print specifications, printing materials, typefaces fonts and colour variations.
• Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications.
• Perform retouching and manipulation of images.
• Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software’s.
• Able to sort out printing issues by his own.
• Document quality assurance activities with internal reporting and audits.

Person Specification:

• The candidate must be experienced in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, MS Office, and CorelDraw.
• Should Have Good English Communication skills.
• Should have 1-2 years of experience as a Graphic Designer or Quality Assurance in commercial printing.
• Ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks within identified time frames.
• Be able to produce original ideas.

Day to day activities:

• Quality check of design final presentation files, print files, dies images wooden board file, packaging layout files as allocated by the line manager.
• Should be able to manage all below mentioned tasks:

1. Sheets
2. Rolls
3. White/silver layer
4. Packaging
5. Reverse Registration

• Maintain high accuracy for the work and avoid rejection from the production & customers at the same time.

Hours of Work: 40 hours per week.

Salary: PKR /- 40,000

Good English Communication skills.
