React / Javascript / Web Developer

We are looking for an experienced React UI Developer to join our team building the front-end UI for ZengIT. You will work collaboratively with product managers, backend engineers, and other UI developers to implement clean, modern, and responsive user interfaces.

You will:

- Collaborate with design and product teams to translate mockups into high quality code, leveraging your deep expertise in React
- Build reusable, well-tested, and documented React components and libraries for use across our web apps
- Optimize performance across browsers and devices, utilizing code splitting and SSR techniques
- Mentor and guide less experienced developers, providing technical leadership through code reviews and pair programming
- Stay on top of emerging technologies and apply them towards enhancing our stack
- Promote web accessibility, internationalization, and other best practices across all UI code

5+ years building complex, interactive UIs with React and modern JavaScript
- Mastery of React including Hooks, Contexts along with complimentary libs like Redux
- Ability to write robust, testable, and efficient code to the highest standards
- Comfort jumping across the stack to get products shipped
- Innate sense of web design, usability and accessibility standards
- Experience setting up complex data pipelines with setting up CI/CD,AzureDevops
