Job Description

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone calls, live chats, and emails.

  • Ensure all customer inquiries are logged, categorized, and resolved efficiently.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer problems, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Work closely with other departments to address and resolve complex customer concerns.
  • Provide information and educate customers on product features, policies, and procedures.
  • Maintain high-quality standards in customer interactions.
