Job Description
- Handle customer inquiries via phone calls, live chats, and emails.

- Ensure all customer inquiries are logged, categorized, and resolved efficiently.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer problems, escalating issues when necessary.
- Work closely with other departments to address and resolve complex customer concerns.
- Provide information and educate customers on product features, policies, and procedures.
- Maintain high-quality standards in customer interactions.
