OET, an online English Education platform, is seeking a dedicated Office Assistant to join our team in Islamabad. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to kickstart their career in a dynamic and growing company.

Responsibilities:

1. Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring proper functioning and replenishment when necessary.
2. Handle and distribute incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and packages.
3. Assist in managing financial records, including invoices, receipts, and payments.
4. Support the Accounting team with bookkeeping tasks, such as data entry and reconciling accounts.
5. Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for the team.
6. Manage and update company databases and filing systems.
7. Provide administrative support to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.

Requirements & Skills

1. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
2. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
3. Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
4. Lesson Planning.
5. Ability to use social media for recruiting online and offline students.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
