Responsibilities:
1. Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
2. Providing excellent customer service and maintaining a positive and friendly attitude towards customers at all times.
3. Assisting customers in selecting the right telecommunications services based on their needs and preferences.
4. Explaining the features, benefits, and pricing of our services to potential customers.
5. Processing customer orders and ensuring accurate and timely delivery of services.
6. Resolving customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently.
7. Developing and maintaining good relationships with customers to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction.
8. Keeping up-to-date knowledge of our products, services, and industry trends to effectively address customer queries.

Requirements & Skills
