Job Description
1. Recruit, train QA staff according to allocated strength & requirement of work place.
2. Control measurement of product according to given specification & tolerance stated in TDS or Sketch.
3. Assure use of approved material & approved construction by taking first output approval of each article.
4. Control inline defect rate with the co -operation of quality assurance & production staff.
5. Monitor & execute article wise trial for accurate line feeding with cooperation of production , IE & quality department.
6. Routine Function
6.1 Organize daily quality meeting
6.2 Check daily quality measurement sheets & implement preventive action.
6.3 Prepare daily defect rate analysis.
