Full Stack Developer

Core Skills:

• 1+ years experience with PHP
• Experience using a back-end MVC Framework, Codeigniter, Laravel
• Experience developing in a modern front end framework, Angular.js is preferred, but experience with Backbone, Ember, Knockout or React is also relevant.
• Experience working with SQL databases, writing custom queries and designing schemas.
• Experience in system integration of preferably financial services products / services
• Hands on experience of web services / API and related technologies
• Knowledge of AJAX, JSON and REST
• Understanding of test driven development (TDD), the ability to structure your code so it’s testable, and the desire to write tests.
• Able to work in high growth environment and to take ownership of tasks in a rapidly evolving environment

Additional Skills:

• Experience with git, grunt/gulp, bower
• Experience with nodejs, sass
• Payments / transactional systems experience is a huge bonus
• Understanding of Scrum and Agile development
• Experience with Amazon Web Service i.e. Elastic Beanstalk, SQS, SNS, Dynamo Database.
