• Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales roles, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
• Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
• Resilience and ability to handle rejection and objections positively.
• Proficient computer skills and familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
• Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Knowledge of insurance products, policies, and regulations is advantageous.
