Job Description
To personally provide excellent standards of selling & customer service by:
- Maintaining and providing comprehensive product information to customers.
- Understanding and demonstrating customer care and high levels of customer service
- Displaying good listening skills to identify customer needs
- Confidently making and closing sales
- Looking for link selling opportunities which will increase basket spend
- Understanding the importance of best selling lines and feature hotspots
- To actively monitor and provide the selling team with feedback and regular coaching on all of the above.
Requirements & Skills
- At least 1 year’s previous experience working in front line retail
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Flexible with regards to working hours and must be available throughout the week
- Smart appearance
- Ability to work overtime.
