Job Description
- To assist in quality system documentation and implementing the Quality Systems in the Maintenance Department
- To assist in minimizing unplanned downtime, anticipate solve problems in a timely manner, and to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Monitors the use and inventories of spare parts, maintenance supplies, and equipment and initiates reordering when necessary
- To assists in implementation and management of the plant maintenance program based on best practices in the food industry, with an emphasis on planning/scheduling and preventive/predictive maintenance
- To follow code of conduct while on duty and preach the same to others
- To have effective coordination with the other department & staff for smooth/efficient work-flow
- To provide immediate feedback to the immediate supervisor and management in case of any abnormality
