Job Description
- Assist Manager/AM E&I in Breakdown and Preventive maintenance in the factory.
- Assist Manager/AM E&I in preparing attendance sheets, duty rosters, overtime sheets,material demand & issue sheets, daily basis log sheets for routine maintenance works and complaints etc.
- Assist Manager/AM E&I in keeping record of Job Orders, incoming material for installation, outgoing material for repair or replacement, verification of completed works from contractor etc.
- Assist Manager/AM E&I in forwarding bills to commercial department from suppliers/contractors.
- Assist Manager/AM Electronics in fault finding, troubleshooting of routine electronics maintenance works, emergency faults, to take up the works and get them rectified by himself.
- Assist Manager/AM E&I in scheduling of maintenance activities that need machine stoppage.
- Follow code of conduct while on duty and preach the same to others.
- Have effective coordination with the management for smooth/efficient work-flow+
- Report immediately to your immediate supervisor, HOD or management in case of any abnormality.
