Senior Accountant

Prime Solution International (PSI), a leading organization in the Accounting industry, is seeking a highly experienced Senior Accountant to join our team in Lahore. As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company and ensuring accuracy in financial reporting and analysis.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain financial records, including general ledger, balance sheets, and profit and loss statements
- Perform month-end and year-end closing activities
- Conduct financial analysis and prepare management reports
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
- Support the preparation of budgets and forecasts
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and tax returns
- Provide guidance and mentoring to junior accounting staff
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve accounting issues
- Stay updated with changes in accounting regulations and best practices

- Proven work experience as a Senior Accountant or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office/Excel applications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Time management and organizational skills
- Ethical conduct and confidentiality

Educational Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required. 3 years of experience in a similar role in the accounting industry is essential.
