Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven E-Commerce Sales Consultant to join our team in Karachi for the night shift. The ideal candidate will have a passion for e-commerce, a deep understanding of sales strategies, and the ability to leverage artificial intelligence solutions to drive business growth.
Responsibilities:
- E-Commerce Strategy: Develop and implement effective e-commerce sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Client Consultation: Consult with clients to understand their business needs, identify opportunities for improvement.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on e-commerce Industry and effectively communicate its value propositions to potential clients.
- Lead Generation: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach efforts.
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and support.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and technical departments, to ensure seamless delivery of solutions to clients.
- Sales Reporting: Generate regular reports on sales activities, outcomes, and upcoming opportunities.
Requirements & Skills
Proven Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in e-commerce sales or a related field.
E-Commerce Knowledge: Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, trends, and technologies.
Sales Skills: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets, with a focus on consultative selling.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to understand client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams to achieve collective goals.
Availability: Willingness to work the night shift to accommodate international clients.
