Job Description

  • Responsible for coordinating, organizing and managing all activities related to service calls.
  • Correspondence with customers and designate service technicians accordingly in order to ensure efficient and effective after sales support to Genset, CNG and UPS customers.
  • Also generate service revenue invoices & invoices of AMC clients of CNG, Genset & UPS in SAP.
  • Maintain record of invoices with acknowledgment of Accounts department.
  • Prepare and maintain service contracts in SAP.
