Job Description
- Responsible for coordinating, organizing and managing all activities related to service calls.
- Correspondence with customers and designate service technicians accordingly in order to ensure efficient and effective after sales support to Genset, CNG and UPS customers.
- Also generate service revenue invoices & invoices of AMC clients of CNG, Genset & UPS in SAP.
- Maintain record of invoices with acknowledgment of Accounts department.
- Prepare and maintain service contracts in SAP.
