Job Description
- Providing support for software applications.
- Co-ordinate with team supervisor in implementation of new/ change requirements of applications.
- Testing of software applications.
- Coordination with vendor team in order to resolve application issues.
- Providing timely support through execution of patches.
- Maintenance of service desk.
Requirements & Skills
- 1-2 years related experience
- Strong knowledge of ERP.
- Strong knowledge of PL-SQL.
- BS in Computer Science or related field is preferable. Equivalent combination of experience, education and training will be considered
