Senior Editor - Adobe After Effects & Premiere Pro Specialist

Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Editor proficient in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro to join our team for our multiple YouTube channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in video editing, motion graphics, and map animations to craft compelling visual narratives for our audience.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro at an expert level to edit real footage and occasionally incorporate movie clips to create engaging content.
• Employ motion graphics extensively to elucidate complex topics and ensure a seamless storytelling experience.
• Develop diagrams and sketches where necessary to convey concepts effectively.
• Create map animations using tools like Geolayers to enhance location-based visualizations.
• Ensure captivating and engaging editing using available assets such as newspapers, photos, etc., to enrich the audience's experience.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in video editing and motion graphics with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise.
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and map animation tools; ability to demonstrate advanced skills during the selection process.
• Adeptness in leveraging available assets creatively to captivate and inform the audience.
• Strong understanding of video pacing, storytelling, and the ability to incorporate motion graphics seamlessly.

Note: We prioritize compelling storytelling over flashy effects. The ideal candidate should excel in combining excellent video pacing with motion graphics and map animations to create impactful and coherent narratives.

Location: Islamabad
Expected Salary: 50k - 80k
