Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled individual to spearhead the Integrated Systems Department. The individual will be responsible for developing and coordinating the implementation of initiatives and programs that span across FMS. He/ She will perform planning and coordinating functions and provide technical guidance in the design, development and implementation of organizational goals.

Requirements & Skills
Qualification:
- Masters’ degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Management, Project Management or other relevant fields from HEC recognized, national or international university/institute
- Undergraduate qualification in health, public policy, public administration or economics preferred
- 4-6 years of experience in project management
- In-depth knowledge and experience in developing and implementing strategic plans
- 1-2 years’ experience in a leadership role preferable
- Previous experience in development sector preferable
- Previous experience in organizational coordination and change management role preferable
- Highly developed interpersonal, negotiation, influencing and conflict management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong report-writing skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Strong presentation skills
- Highly motivated and committed to the values of transparency and integrity
- Fluency in English and Urdu
