Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled individual to spearhead the Integrated Systems Department. The individual will be responsible for developing and coordinating the implementation of initiatives and programs that span across FMS. He/ She will perform planning and coordinating functions and provide technical guidance in the design, development and implementation of organizational goals.

Positions:
  • Deputy Director Systems Integration (01)
  • Assistant Director Systems Integration (02)

Requirements & Skills

Qualification:
  • Masters’ degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Management, Project Management or other relevant fields from HEC recognized, national or international university/institute
  • Undergraduate qualification in health, public policy, public administration or economics preferred
Experience:
  • 4-6 years of experience in project management
  • In-depth knowledge and experience in developing and implementing strategic plans
  • 1-2 years’ experience in a leadership role preferable
  • Previous experience in development sector preferable
  • Previous experience in organizational coordination and change management role preferable
Skills
  • Highly developed interpersonal, negotiation, influencing and conflict management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong report-writing skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Highly motivated and committed to the values of transparency and integrity
  • Fluency in English and Urdu
