Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled individual to spearhead the Integrated Systems Department. The individual will be responsible for developing and coordinating the implementation of initiatives and programs that span across FMS. He/ She will perform planning and coordinating functions and provide technical guidance in the design, development and implementation of organizational goals.

Requirements & Skills

Qualification:

Masters’ degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Management, Project Management or other relevant fields from HEC recognized, national or international university/institute
Undergraduate qualification in health, public policy, public administration or economics preferred

Experience:

4-6 years of experience in project management
In-depth knowledge and experience in developing and implementing strategic plans
1-2 years’ experience in a leadership role preferable
Previous experience in development sector preferable
Previous experience in organizational coordination and change management role preferable

Skills

Highly developed interpersonal, negotiation, influencing and conflict management skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong report-writing skills
Proficiency in MS Office
Strong presentation skills
Highly motivated and committed to the values of transparency and integrity
Fluency in English and Urdu
