Accounts & Finance Assistant

Impact Design International (Pvt) Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounts professional with a minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar position. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the financial activities and ensuring the accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain financial records, including but not limited to, budgets, accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and financial statements.
- Conduct monthly and year-end financial closing processes.
- Monitor and review financial data to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and analysis for management review.
- Manage the cash flow and ensure timely payments to vendors and suppliers.
- Manage payroll processing and associated documentation.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors during financial audits.

- Proven experience as an Accounts professional ideally in the Architecture & Construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office applications.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
