Job Description

We are looking for motivated and confident HR Intern to join our HR Department and assist in daily HR operations by gaining hands-on experience in the vast field.

Responsibilities:

  • Posting job opening on different job platforms.
  • Screening resumes, shortlisting and scheduling interviews of valuable candidates.
  • Assisting in onboarding processes of candidates.
  • Maintaining employee records and databases.
  • Maintenance of HR documents, including contracts, policies, and procedures.
  • Contributing to the implementation and enforcement of HR policies.
  • Assisting in analyzing HR data and preparing reports for management.

Requirements & Skills

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resource Management is mandatory.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of HR principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
