Job Description
- Supervision of all recovery activities and staff ensuring all SOPs in accordance with SBP, State and Federal policies and procedures and consistent with acceptable International Recovery standards.
- Trains staff in People Soft SF functionality and unit policies/procedures.
- Distributes work, creates standard processes, and performs complex statistical analysis.
- Coordinates the staffing pattern.
- Serve as the lead for related customer service inquiries, handling service escalations and acting as back-up for the Recovery staff.
- Provides assistance to support staff to demonstrate or explain operational procedures
- Ensures implementation of quality assurance standards throughout recovery unit.
- Assists with writing business policies and procedures and the coordination of those processes assists with the implementation of new or revised programs.
Requirements & Skills
Candidates must have the ability to interface effectively with all levels of management, excellent problem solving and organizational skills, high level of initiative, attention-to-detail, and interpersonal skills; superior communication both orally and in writing; ability to prepare and present reports, papers and supporting documentation quickly and accurately.
