Job Description
- Oversee the entire financial operations.
- Perform day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, such as recording transactions and maintaining financial records.
- Reconcile bank statements, Advances and other financial accounts.
- Process and record accounts payable transactions.
- Verify and reconcile invoices with purchase orders and receipts.
- Prepare payments to vendors.
- Process payroll for employees.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with Accounting Standards.
- Provide financial advice and support to management for decision-making.
Requirements & Skills
- Expertise in QuickBooks accounting software
- MS Excel is a must
- Ability to interpret financial data, provide insights, and contribute to strategic decision-making.
