Datacom Engineer 2

We are seeking a skilled DATACOM ENGINEER to join our team at the following sites.
• Islamabad (POP Site Engineer)
• Karachi (South Team Lead)

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities and skills:
• Proficient in handling technical challenges within ongoing projects and maintenance activities.
• Installation, configuration, and proficient support of network equipment, including routers and switches.
• Proven track record in maximizing network performance and availability through proactive monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Adept at investigating and resolving faults within the network.
• Demonstrates a keen enthusiasm for rapid acquisition of new technologies.
• Committed to achieving and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction by enhancing the quality of services delivered.
• Strong time management skills.

• Proficiency with Huawei/VRP CLI, and preferably holds HCIE, HCIP or equivalent certification.

• Experience: 3 to 4 years in Datacom Technology, with a focus on Huawei routing and switching devices.
• Proficiency in PERFsonar and server management.
• Understanding of Solarwinds.
