- Provide ticketing information to customers.

- Coordinate with GDS representative in case of any issue
- Make offline bookings for the airlines that are not available on GDS

Requirements & Skills
- Good knowledge of ticket booking, issuing and reissuing on GDS (Amadeus/Abacus/Galileo, experience in an IATA ticketing agency is an advantage
