GE Solucions is looking for an HR Internee to join the Human Resource Department,
Responsiblites
- Documentation checklists of existing new employees
- HRM Attendance Leaves Approvals on HCM
- Job Postings on different job portals
- Screening potential employees' resumes and application forms to identify
- suitable candidates to fill company job vacancies.
- Assisting the HR staff in gathering market salary information.
- Assisting in the planning of company events.
- Sorting of CVs in specified folders
- Daily Mail follow-ups
- Updating social & and event calendar sheet
- Reminders of tasks and events on Google Calendar
- Interview Invitation mails
- Day-to-day tasks
Requirements:
- BSc in Human Resources Management or a similar field
- Fresh Graduate/Internship Experience in Talent Acquisition or HR Department is a plus point.
- Must have intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel & Word
- Internet handling & have good connections on Linkedin.
- Internship will be leading up to permanent position.
Job Types: Internship (paid) Location: PECHS Block 6, Karachi Timing: 12 pm to 9 pm
