- Accounts preparation
- Budget forecasting
- To oversee Stock Exchange Listing Process
- Preparation of Financial Statements
- Corporate Governance
- Other tasks as required.
Requirements & Skills
- CA - ICMA / MBA - Finance
- Public limited background will be preferred
- Manufacturing / Industries background will be preferred
- Must be energetic and Self starter
- Ability to follow directions with minimum supervision
- Dependability and Attention to details.
- Excellent communication Skills.
