Job Description

Will be responsible for the wide range of administrative tasks including, but not limited to supervising housekeeping staff, building repair / maintenance through vendors, support Manager Admin in VISA's processing, air ticketing (national & international), boarding & lodging of staff & clients, registration of new cars & motorbikes, repair / maintenance of company cars & bikes, getting of route and Islamabad entry permits of commercial vehicles, passport renewal, purchasing of administrative demands, dealing with external stake holders on company behalf e.g. IESCO, SNGPL, Police etc.

Requirements & Skills

Bachelors preferably in Management Sciences.
Relevant experience ranging from 3-5 years.
Good IT skills (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint & MS Outlook).
Good communication skills and having pleasant personality.
