We are seeking result-oriented candidates, who can work under pressure independently and within team, for the positions of Call Center Representative.

Ideal candidates should be quick learners with strong communication and analytical skills. Individuals must be fluent in English speaking with a neutral or American accent.Fresh candidates are also encouraged to apply.

Full training will be provided
Duties and Responsibilities:

• Making outbound calls to international customers.
• Making Sales
• Identifying problems and offering solutions to customers over the phone.
• Fulfilling daily targets given by company .
• Understand the impact of attitude in handling calls professionally
• Apply the proper telephone etiquette to satisfy various customer situations.
• Meets commitments to customers
• Other duties as assigned.
• Shift Timings: 9.00 pm to 06:00 am

Must have excellent capability of learning and serving
- Excellent English communication skills
- Long term stable job applicants
- British Accent (preferred)
- Ability to work in Night Shift.
- Familiar with MS Office and Internet Browsing
- Dependable & hard working
