Warehouse Manager

Novacolor Pakistan specialize in decorative finishes for interiors and exteriors.

We're on the lookout for an experienced Warehouse Manager to join our dynamic team. At Novacolor Pakistan, your role is to efficiently oversee all warehouse operations. This includes inventory management, staff supervision, ensuring safe and organized storage. You'll also be responsible for optimizing processes, maintaining inventory accuracy, and implementing best practices to meet supply chain and distribution needs.

Responsibilities

• Strategically manage the warehouse operations in alignment with the company’s policies and vision.
• Oversee all aspects of warehouse functions, including receiving, storage, distribution, and maintaining an efficient layout.
• Optimize space utilization by designing and maintaining an efficient layout.
• Establish and enforce operational policies and procedures to ensure optimal performance and compliance with warehouse, handling, and shipping regulations.
• Maintain a strong focus on health and safety, hygiene, security, stock control, and data reconciliation, while preparing and managing the annual budget.

Experience & Requirements

• Must have 3-4 years of experience in relevant field (FMCG and Retail Industry)
• Effective communication skills for coordinating with various teams, suppliers, and clients.
• Proficiency in using warehouse management software and other relevant technology.
• Knowledge of commitment to safety regulations and best practices in warehouse environments

Qualifications

Bachelors in Supply Chain from a reputed institute or equivalent.
