Real Estate Research Specialist

We are responsible for researching real estate investment opportunities, throughout Pakistan, for our client. You will research online, make necessary calls on a regular basis, as well as meet potential sellers, to finalize recommendations for our client. This job is for long term, but you will need to attain job targets on a regular basis. This job pays both basic salary and bonuses.

Research and analysis skills; have thorough understanding of real estate trends in Pakistan; effective use of spreadsheets and document software including MS Office and Google Docs; be able to prepare presentations using PowerPoint; have a presentable personality.
