Novacolor Pakistan specialize in decorative finishes for interiors and exteriors.
This is a full-time on-site role for a Brand Manager at Novacolor Pakistan. As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for designing and implementing branding strategies that deeply resonate with our company's identity, and drive our presence in the market.
Responsibilities:
- Monitors competitors’ strategies and recommend countermeasures, manage third-party agencies, and conduct stakeholder training for portfolio value selling.
- Develop and execute extensive branding strategies that align closely with company goals.
- Oversee the creation and execution of branding campaigns, both online and offline.
- Craft captivating and inventive content that effectively communicates the company's brand identity.
- Manage and supervise the company's social media presence, maintaining a coherent brand voice and actively engaging with the audience.
- Carry out market research to spot industry trends, and competitive positioning to guide branding choices.
- Organize fun events within the company to bring employees together, boost their morale, and strengthen their commitment and enthusiasm.
Experience & Requirements:
· Must have 3-4 years of experience in relevant field (FMCG and Beverage Industry).
· Proficiently handles social media platforms and possesses experience in managing brand-related social media accounts.
· Possesses a keen eye for design aesthetics and meticulous attention to detail.
· Capable of juggling multiple initiatives simultaneously.
· Demonstrates self-motivation, proactivity, and adeptness in working both independently and collaboratively.
Qualification:
Bachelors in Marketing from a reputed institute or equivalent.
