Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving issues related to telephone lines, internet, and IPTV.
Installation Expertise:
Skills in setting up and installing telephone lines, internet connections, and IPTV services.
Telecommunication Systems Knowledge:
Understanding of telecommunication systems and technologies to effectively troubleshoot and install services.
Electrical and Electronic Skills:
Knowledge and ability to work with electrical and electronic components relevant to the telecommunication field.
IT Skills:
Familiarity with IT fundamentals, as the role involves troubleshooting and providing technical support for internet-related issues.

Ability to interact with customers professionally, addressing their concerns and ensuring a positive service experience.
