Job Description
· Hardware/Software troubleshooting, installations and configurations.
· Managing and resolving Help Desk Complaints.
· Implementing network.
· Powering up server on the first working day of the week (Monday)
· Responsible for managing various server.
· Managing company online Portal and making regular updates.
· Manage reports and reviews regarding Machine down Time.
· Responsible for training of junior resources.
· Fixing routine technical issues faced by the service and technical staff.

· Ability to provide technical solution to user in a timely manner.
· Technical knowhow of DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, SMTP, IMAP, Firewalls.
· Ability to work in both Linux / Windows Environment.
· Able to Train Subordinates.
