Qualifications:

• Intermediate education level
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience

Responsibilities:

1. As a Confectionery Booker cum Supplier, you will be responsible for the following:
2. Order Booking and Supply:
3. Receive and process orders for confectionery items from customers.
4. Ensure accurate and timely order booking and delivery to clients.
5. Maintain records of orders and deliveries.
6. Customer Service and Inquiries Handling:
7. Provide excellent customer service to clients.
8. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
9. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

Inventory Management:

Monitor inventory levels of confectionery items.
Coordinate with suppliers and distributors to ensure a sufficient stock of products.
Conduct regular stock checks and maintain inventory records.

Quality Assurance:

Ensure the quality and freshness of confectionery products.
Implement quality control procedures to meet customer expectations.
Handle any quality-related issues or returns efficiently.

Salary Range: 28,000 to 40,000 PKR
