Apexx Limo is USA based company looking to hire Limo dispatcher.

**Job Description:**

- **Dispatching Responsibilities:** Coordinate the scheduling and dispatching of limousines and drivers to meet client requests and reservations.

- **Customer Service:** Provide exceptional customer service by handling client inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience.

- **Communication:** Communicate with drivers and clients via phone, radio, or electronic messaging to relay instructions, updates, and changes to itineraries.

- **Record Keeping:** Maintain accurate records of bookings, trips, and driver schedules. Keep track of client information, preferences, and special requests.

- **Problem Solving:** Handle any unexpected situations or disruptions, such as traffic delays or vehicle issues, to ensure clients' needs are met.

- **Billing:** Prepare invoices, collect payments, and process financial transactions related to limousine services.

- **Fleet Management:** Monitor the condition and maintenance of the limousine fleet, scheduling routine maintenance and repairs as needed.

- **Teamwork:** Collaborate with drivers, other dispatchers, and support staff to optimize service delivery.

- Minimum 1 year of experience as a limousine dispatcher, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Proficiency in using dispatching software and GPS tracking systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients, chauffeurs, and team members effectively
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work evening shifts, including weekends and holidays
