Job Description

  • Plan, create and manage ad campaigns across various channels
  • Conduct keyword research and manage them to optimize bids (add PPC keywords and negative keywords)
  • Optimize bidding at keywords, placement, device, geographic, demographic and other levels
  • Perform daily account and campaign management, including but not limited to reviewing under-performing keywords)
  • Ensure and monitor that the ad campaigns do not exceed the weekly and monthly ad spend budget
  • Review and maintain Quality Score, impression share and other metrics pertained important to paid marketing
  • Find ways to reduce risk of click fraud
  • Devise and implement A/B testing techniques to optimize high conversion rates
  • Write engaging and concise copy to modify CTAs on ads to boost click-through-rates and landing pages to boost conversion rates
  • Monitor, evaluate and present the performance of campaigns by generating weekly and monthly performance reports to supervisor by analyzing trends, goals, opportunities and other key performance indicators
  • Stay on top of Search Engine Optimization and PPC industry trends

Requirements & Skills

  • Minimum of 3+ experience as a PPC Specialist or an Ads Manager
  • Solid knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.
  • Practical knowledge of analytical tools (Google Analytics)
  • Exceptional reporting skills
  • Must have an eye for ad visuals
