Job Description
- Design, configure and code for various Magento 2 templates
- Communicate with the supervisor to understand the application requirements
- Design and develop user-friendly theme and interface, including optimized check-out page that increases user clicks and customer conversions
- Develop and test Magento 2 modules
- Review and troubleshoot any integration issues
- Optimize application’s performance
- Install and update security patches
- Integrate third-party APIs
- Optimize the application’s loading time to improve user experience
- Install, configure and test plugins
- Liaise within the department to develop application features
- Customize application’s extensions and test its functionality
- Conduct timely audits to rectify log errors and application issues
- Create documentation for developed modules
Requirements & Skills
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Magento 2 developer
- Proficiency in PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Familiarity with Linux/Unix systems
- Understanding of modern UI/UX trends
- Great interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks
- Outstanding problem-solving skills
- A keen eye on details
- Exceptional time management abilities
- English level: Intermediate or higher
