Job Description
Responsible for the receiving and dialing of calls and maintain records. Manage and record all incoming and outgoing posts. Guide to all visitors and direct to appropriate personnel. Arrange and manage meetings. Supervise and ensure general office cleaning. Monitoring of kitchen stock and ensure waste of supplies at the minimum. Responsible for the coordinate with the exchange and photocopier representatives. Maintain record of courier services. Responsible for the fax. Other tasks as assigned.
