Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate and execute field operations for advertising campaigns.
2. Collect and analyze data and feedback from field activities.
3. Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
4. Conduct field surveys and research for market intelligence.
5. Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies.

1. Proven working experience as a Field Staff in the broadcast media industry.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Proficient in using technology and software relevant to the role.
6. Knowledge of current market trends and industry best practices.
