• US market experience will be a PLUS.
• Searching and maintaining a pool of qualified candidates based upon job orders.
• Positive attitude of achieving maxi Conducting cold callings, phone screenings and telephonic interviews Match the relevant candidate with the Job Description.
• Initial screening over the phone.
• Check the interest of the candidate Submit the candidate to the Account Manager Ability to work as a team player with full coordination by taking & giving help to colleagues/subordinates.
